Wow. I'm glad to be back to the weight I was before I cheated. I did not expect to lose it all in one week. Hopefully there isn't something wrong with my scale!

I've been doing well sticking to my diet. I've been following OWL to a "T". Based on my prior experience, I decided not to allow myself whipped cream or whole fruit because they are too addicting.

I'm looking forward to a chicken half for dinner tonight. My husband is cooking. I'm not sure what kind of vegetable we'll have, but I'm sure dinner will be good!

I need to get back to exercising. One thing at a time though. This weight loss may give me the motivation to do it.

Looking forward to continuing with my diet and losing more weight!
197.5 lb Lost so far: 72.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
