A friend took me out to dinner last night and the wine and dessert negated the good workout day I had. Since I didn't gain anything, I feel it's an accomplishment. Today, I will stay home have dinner only to burn up those extra calories. Have a great Friday!

It's hard to say hi to everyone and give them support but please know I do support your efforts.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have to enjoy yourself from time to time, and it sounds like you had some balance with the workout. I'm going out tomorrow for lunch and I'm planning on having some sort of dessert, but as long as I do well the rest of the day, I'm not going to sweat it. Just keep doing the right things and you'll see improvement. :)

Thanks Deb_N I will do my best. Mars2kids enjoy your dessert...life is short and if we can't enjoy things we like every once in a while, why live. It was a nice dinner skwhite. Dinner and good conversation with a friend is something I always treasure.
