105 Blood Sugar 4:15am -fasted
120 Blood Sugar 5:30am -post workout after coffee with cream and coconut oil
111 Blood Sugar 7:30am -post protein shake w/ yogurt

114/79 Blood Pressure

My fasting blood sugar is a little higher than normal. I am guessing this is because I ate 70g of healthy carbs yesterday. Since I haven’t eaten that many carbs in the past 7 months my system is probably going to need some time to make adjustments. My body hasn’t had to use much insulin in the past 7 months since I have been avoiding foods which are known to spike it. I am curious what my numbers will be at the next weigh in, after a full week of eating 60g of carbs per day.

Workout went well this morning. Went up on all my weight and finished all my sets.

Oh, and I lost some weight too!

Accomplished!
171.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
