I can't believe it! My metabolism is FINALLY awake! All I've done is eat 6 small portions of healthy food throughout the day (lower calorie intake). I don't feel hungry whatsoever and keep loosing weight every week. Thank you God. :) Keep it up everyone, it's only Wednesday! :)
