I forgot to weigh in before I started my day, so this is not the most accurate weight measurement. I've limited myself to only weighing in once a week, so next week I should see the scale moving down.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
