After this week and all the stress...I am thinking staying the same is a victory! Though as usual we all want to see progress.
Now with the new 10" of snow I should check with my Chiropractor on if I can try skiing when I get home tonight if there is still enough snow...
247.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not gaining is a successful week considering all you have had on your plate! Proud of you for being able to do that! WTG!

I agree that maintaining thru all this is excellent! I don't know much about snow, but would you be more stable on snowshoes than on skis? Less risky perhaps?

Thanks kclab...and Babskk I agree that snow shoes would be more stable...but I don't have them and I do have skis. I will stay on our property. The Chiropractor told me to try it and if it hurts my shoulder to stop. I feel I should try to have some fun in the snow since we got it...
