Well to take some pressure off myself I have not been eating past 6pm and I think that it helps me not to turn to food if I am having a rough day. I am just taking it one day at a time.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 1.8 lb a week
