Day 6 of Workouts....

**MORNING WORKOUT**
1.)"5 Minute Standing Abs"
2.)Leslie Sansone's "3 Mile Walk"
3.)Push-ups 17

Pedometer: 9,545 steps

**TODAY'S FOOD**
Breakfast: Visalus Shake (frozen berries+Apricot Mix+1/2tbsp. Brewer's
Yeast)
Lunch: Energy Snack Mix
Dinner: White Rice + Pinakbet
Snack: 3 Coconut Bliss Cookies
142.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
