We had company from out of town all from Friday thru Monday - ate out, took them on a picnic and entertained them at home. That accounted for my weight gain and it is already going down. Easy for me to do, unfortunately - but as soon as I get back on the diet the estra weight comes off. Now, how to get the rest of it gone?!?!?!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
