A little more energy this am. Have some shopping to do and chores. Exercise will depend on remaining energy. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the mid 70's so trying to do chores today as temps are lower. Must get back on track for eating healthy, too many white carbs this past week.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Adding to my earlier entry. Made it through restaurant depot for good cheese, city market for veggies, Chinese store for fresh shitake and hen in the woods mushrooms, Mexican store for garlic and ginger, butcher for Italian sausage, regular store for some canned tomatoes. Whew! A bit tired but a short rest and food should revive me. Have things to try a pizza soup among other things for this week. Was good didn't get tempted to buy too many things, I tend to overdo.

Quickly finding out I don't have a lot of energy. Doing bits of this and that and back to resting. Guess it will take while longer, getting there slowly.

Made one of my favorites with the fresh Italian sausage. Don't care if it fits any plan. Italian sausage and peppers with rigati pasta. City market had some nice red, yellow, and green peppers. Yumo. Don't have any idea yet what the calorie count will be, it doesn't matter.

My Italian sausage and peppers and pasta still came in under my rdi for the day. Was really surprised. But it's actually lots more onions and peppers than sausage. I also couldn't eat it all so changed what I made to 1.5servings and recorded the one. Had forgotten how much I like raw red bell peppers. Remembered I used to eat them when I had a huge garden left that life in 1996.
