So no weight loss this week, I think I gained...strange enough...and I even got in a couple of 2-a-day workouts. Maybe because I started getting ready for lifting. Oh well, I'll have to hit the cardio a little extra the beginning of this week and see where I end up mid-week. Still on track though.

Don't forget extra workouts can cause muscle edema if they are not used to it (muscles retain water and it can show on scale as gain, no loss, or small loss). Just keep at it, you are doing great.
