Well, I actually gained .6 pounds from yesterday to today. Though I should be not too pleased, I am really not, just living my life.

You see, a friend that I haven't seen in a while was in the area and invited me to dinner. I haven't had a really good dinner like I was treated to last night in a long time, not that my cooking is not good, and that and a couple of glasses of wine and dessert and very little exercise on a really busy day did it. I will probably be below this tomorrow morning when I weigh in. If not, then I will be unhappy but it's one day at a time form me. How was your day?
244.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It really isn't I am back on track today and I do appreciate the support. I have been working all day on one project to help grow my business. Tedious boring stuff but it must be done so my first break of the day will be to take a bike ride to the beach. The beach is across the street so I guess I should say, along the boardwalk! The best kind of exercise is one that makes all your senses feel good; the salt air, the breeze coming in from Palos Verdes, the seagulls and...you get the picture I hope. Have a great Friday!
