Think I'm going to enjoy the rest day off from P90X...as much as I liked Kenpo yesterday, I was feeling queasy most of the rest of the day.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
