Yesterday went HORRIBLE! I was actually doing okay most of the day, and had calculated all my foods, so we could order dinner from the pizza place. I usually order a "Durum roll", which is a large tortilla with meat and lettuce rolled into it. But last minute, I decided on a pizza. I was gonna eat about haft, to save on the calories. Well, I ended up eating 7 of the 8 sliced. I am really angry with myself and disappointed that I lost control. VERY disappointed. The punishment came immediately. I am feeling bad, I am bloated, I can't poop, I am gassy AND I GAINED THREE FRICKIN' POUNDS! On top of that, because of the bloating and gas, I slept really bad.
Of course, it is not three pounds of fat. I know that. But it is three pounds nonetheless. I feel like weeks of hard work is wasted.
I hope tomorrow will show better results. Gotta keep going. I am close to my goal and we must keep moving. I am back on track today. Life is good.

Everyone has those fall of the wagon moments but the most important thing is that you get back on track and dont beat yourself up over the past. Learn form the mistake and nove on which it sounds like your are.
