:( This is sad. This week has been particularly difficult; so much work and so many hours in the office, plus business lunch and dinners every day so far. I have been trying to eat as good as possible, but it is hard to control the portions or ingredients in restaurants.

Also no time for exercise in 2 days already... I must do some extra effort to exercise tonight and sacrifice some sleep, these 100 grs. must go away!
162.7 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The other thing you can try is when you are in a restaurant only eat half of what is on your plate or ask for a to go box and put half in it.

Try doing isometric exercises while you work. You can do them without anyone realizing you're doing them and they really burn calories. As long as you're making an effort, you're exercising. Check that out! Don't worry! There is always a way! :)

Also, in every daily activity you do, do it more vigorously as if you were exercising. That also helps a lot. And don't forget to drink water!
