Pretty good week and a half. Lowered calories to 2200 avg per day (15,400 per week) and weight started coming off again. I was hungry yesterday and probably should have eaten more for dinner. Ended up snacking on GS Cookies. First "Bad" snacking in a while.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
