What a week! Warm one day and cold the next. bowling has been great, it is good exercise. I am doing the MOVE plan with some other Atkins folks and we just started today. Everyone is very enthusiastic about it. We will see after one week if we want to do another week. It is supposed to get your weight moving if you have stalled out. In MOVE you only eat Meat, Oils,Veggies, and Eggs. You also exercise for at least 30 minutes per day.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
