Starting over. Bummed that I have to, but at least I haven't fully given up yet. So....DAY 1:

**MORNING WORKOUT**
1.)Jillian Michaels "Shred it with Weights" (10lb. & 15lb. kettlebells)

3.)Over-head Press 2 x 10 (10lb. kettlebells)
4.)Crunches 3 x 25
5.)Oblique Twists 2 x 15
6.)Chair Dips (Test Day) 20

**FOOD**
1.)Visalus Shake
2.)1/4 c. Energy Blend (Edamame, Cranberries, Almonds, & Pumpkin Kernels)
146.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
