Muscle up from a lot of yard work yesterday. Pizza last night, the cauliflower one. Delicious, but salty. Holding a little water, kept overall calories down for the weekend. Floated in pool for a bit looking at the sky, no swim. Will be more normal today, I promised myself.

Watching this little guy this morning. All the other birds have gone into hiding from the heat. There's a fountain with water for him, so he'll be fine.
