Lost .6 pounds from my last weigh in yesterday WoooHoooo!

Since January 14th I've lost almost 20 pounds and from September of last year almost 25 pounds.

Yesterday was such a busy day I put in 5 or 10 minutes of exercise where I could. I wanted to exercise late but a friend called and I had this craving for a navel orange so my friend surprised me brought it over later and we ended up watching CHOPPED! So I will have to get and extra workout today!

I am writing more in my journal than I had in the past so put the fact of being consistent and, when I'm not for one day...there is always tomorrow and don't get frustrated.
245.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 80.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you!! It sounds like you are doing great! We all have those "rest" days, but you'll get back to it as soon as you can and keep losing.
