Got some tainted food. That's a HARD way to lose weight.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Aww..sorry. Feeling better now? My neighbor recently got food poisoning from she believes her shallots, delivered by a local trusted market. Garlic, onions family has bacteria that can't be cooked out. What was your tainted food? Did you get fever & chills? Sorry if too nosey. The motherly instinct.
