Yeah....it's an accomplishment just to stay at the same weight for more than 1 day. Plus, it's the lowest one I've gotten to since I started this. Come on Phase 2.

My goal is to be to 160 by the time we go on the ski trip. I have 5 weeks to get there. 10 pounds, 5 weeks....I can do this.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
