Another 2lbs isn't bad! Hopefully I can get back to losing 3 to 4 lbs a week soon! I feel so bloated... so maybe that has something to do with it!
245.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Two pounds a week is great. If you lose too fast, you end up with a lot of loose skin. Losing slowly allows your skin more time to go back the way it was and you end up losing fat instead of muscle. Bigg losses usually mean you are losing water, some fat and muscle too. It will happen, have patience!
