Got a nice morning weigh in of 210.6. Then after 16:8 fast, did the Spartacus weight lifting high intensity workout from Men's Health magazine. Kicked my butt and got my heart pumping but I weighed 211.0 after! Guess which weight I'm recording! ; ). It's the lowest weight number since February 23 and I think I'm on the right track with lower calories. I'm going to target 1600 a day on average for the rest of March with 1000 calorie adjustment days on Mondays. Going to try like hell to hit 205 by April 1.

Yes, your lowest weight since February and almost your lowest weight this century? You really are going to get to Maintenance in March, aren't you. Congratulations.

Doesn't it feel great to be coming out of winter and thinking about maybe dropping 5 or 10 pounds instead of desperately needing to drop 100 or more?
