Staying the same...good considering all the family get togethers and missed workouts due to back/shoulder problems. Went to the chiropractor and got things straightened out. Worked out today and I feel great! I AIM to amp up my workouts, cut down my PM snacking and see some results by the end of the month!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
