I'm doing the happy dance. I achieved my first goal today. I am below 210. Next goal-you are in my sights. I will be below 200 for my cruise.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I underlined that will be just for you. You are so right in your insight about goals. Now that I achieved this first mark. I know I will achieve the others. I do know it will take time, commitment and resolve. But I am doing it!
