This week has been quite the challenge so I may not be thrilled with the results, but it's lower again. I need 3.4 lbs lost to hit my Monday goal. I guess with people just showing up this week, I'll have to pretend I'm not home to stay on track.
247.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 82.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
