I managed to make time for the gym last night, so I could get some treadmill time. The next 5K is in about a week. Still dropping weight little by little. :)
191.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the support. I love my FS buddies! :) My 5k time is still right at 30 min, so about a 10-11 min mile. It felt good to run last night after a long day of work and school. It is getting easier to consistently jog (vs brisk walk). Interval training really helps.

WOW! That's a fast walk. I struggle to go a half hour on my treadmill at 4MPH. You're almost doubling that. You REALLY ARE rocking this!
