I was 171 yesterday but I didn't log in to record it. Back to 172 today. I think I have found a nice place for maintainance, at least it's stabilizing. I'm learning to eat and doing pretty well. I'm anxious for "phase 2" (now that it's been revealed to me that there is a phase 2 in this process. Apparently I'm only being told on a need to know basis what we're doing here. Phase 1....learn to eat: stabilize glycogen, electrolytes, insulin levels, etc. Phase 2 I'm guessing will help with actual LOSS. I just have to trust trust trust that this is the right way to go about it for the long run. I don't have to starve, I can hit a weight where I am healthy, I can maintain it through any type of crisis.
Trust is a hard thing for me. SLOW is a hard thing for me. I want to jump right to the instant gratification.
