Not sure why it went up, walked a lot yesterday, didn’t track though, so there you go! I need to make time for it. I need to just get it done!!! Nobody ever got in shape just by thinking about it!🙃
Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day-in, and day-out, and for me to have a gain and it is 175, that was a number I could only dream of years ago. So it’s back to being accountable!!!🤨
Plus, doing nothing is very hard to do… you never know when you’re finished.😁

My husband, Al, wants to thank everyone for their prayers, 💕 he is still in shell shock, as he was the only one that got out of the hospital, plus he never needed a respirator. It truly was a miracle! ✝️

I am so amazed of the unbelievable wonderful people on this app. Weight loss and self improvement is an everyday struggle. It is so wonderful to have authentic, kind, encouraging people to do it with!!! There’s is no other place as fantastic as this app and it’s because of the close net family of FS.❤️
I wouldn’t trade my FS family for the world.
I don’t really have anywhere to put it anyway. 😄
