Went out to dinner last night and I didn't touch the Mac and Cheese my husband ordered as a side! I stuck to a cheese and meat plate for my app, and chicken stuffed with feta and spinach, wrapped in bacon. It's easy to eat low carb when someone serves delicious food to me on a plate. I guess I'll go cook some eggs topped with avocado...
160.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
