1237 kcal Fat: 76.72g | Prot: 116.43g | Carb: 18.74g.   Breakfast: hidden carbs, eggland's best eggs (9AM), water (6-10 AM), coffee (8oz) black, bacon (9AM), butter, mushrooms, light cream, onion. Lunch: boneless chicken breast , water , fresh parm cheese (1 oz.), romaine, Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, broccoli, bacon pieces. Dinner: center cut boneless pork chop, sea salted butter, real bacon bits (1 tblsp), hidden carbs, fresh parm cheese (1 oz.), Marie's blue cheese dressing(2 tbsp), water (4-6), iceburg lettuce. more...
