I'll take even a modest loss over gaining! I still feel good about my exercise regimen and I refuse to give myself grief over my modest treats that still stay within my RDI (well under).

If I get stuck at some future date, I will reevaluate that situation, but in the meantime, I'm living like I want to live for the rest of my life. More fruits and vegetables, less processed foods, less rice, potatoes, pasta and bread. No alcohol (for now) and very little coffee (due to my love of loaded coffee, lol).

One pound is perfect. Celebrate! BTW - I learned to drink my coffee black. It has been 3 months now and I am just getting to the point where black seems normal to me.

Thanks, BuffyBear. I think I'd have to invest some serious bucks in quality coffee beans to experiment drinking my coffee black! I'm glad it feels normal for you now.
