Another 2lbs down! That is a total of 13lbs since I started! And a pair of pants that were getting snug are now getting loose! Yay me! I have gotten really good at scrambling egg whites and my portions are going down! Like last night, instead of two homemade burgers, I had one! And I counted how many baked fries to have based on the serving size on the bag. Also, when I eat tortilla chips and salsa, I stay as close to serving size as possible. Chips and salsa are really filling! The chips are less than 200 cals and the salsa is about 20cals! Sometimes I just have that for lunch! I am planning to get a good workout in today! More than 20mins because I need it. Although, my legs are sore from yesterdays workout. Still motivated, and I plan to stay this way! I am on my way!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! Not sure if you cut out sugar drinks or not, but start guzzling water and the pounds will fall off! Throw in a lime or lemon wedge to shake it up. I haven't been to the gym in 2 months, and it feels so good to get on the elliptical for an hour and sweat! Good luck and keep it up!

You may need some protein besides chips and salsa. They are filling, but not to nutricious. Balance is real hard to find sometimes. I am proud of you for sticking to the portions on the packages. That is real hard to do once I start eating, if I don't separate out ahead of time, I over indulge:) There are deli select meats that are lean and 50 calories for 5 slices Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh thin slice. Also if you like seafood, Shrimp and the false crab (can't recall the name it is red and white meat) are good. I have been eating the crab for a few days at lunch on my salad or plain. It is only 90 calories for half a cup and filling. I'm sorry I already threw away the wrapper when I separated portions for the week. There are several cocktail sauces that are lower calories. Since I have been eating more fruits and veggies I have no problem with fiber in my diet and cleaning me out, Also this week I seriously upped my water intake to a gallon or more a day. I feel better and have more energy. You are doing great, keep it up. Hope the tips help. I'm rooting for you!

Thanks rockerchic13. I drink water throughout the day, but not as much as I should. I don't drink alot of any other thing. The occasional juice or soda, which I am now trying to drink diet soda when I DO have one. And thanks also windrider! You are right. Protein. I do need more. Here and there I'll have scrambled egg whites for breakfast. I'll also have a yogurt. I am trying really hard, but I know that I can try harder and do better! I am feeling like I am gaining control mentally regarding food and my obsession with it. I no longer want food to control me and have a hold on me and my choices. I really feel like I am putting me and what's best for me first this time! :) Good luck to you guys too!

You will do well! Yum to seafood. I am doing better on the real seafood diet, not see food eat it diet:) LOL.
