Over the last few days my weight has been yo-yoing much more than is usual. Still on track though for a 4 Kg loss in August. Yesterday I managed my 10.8 mile walk round the reservoir walk in record time at a pace of 14:44 minutes per mile.

I slept well overnight with my fitness band sleep app telling me I slept better than 51% of users rather than 25% as is more usual.

No specific plans today the weather looks a bit meh so I'm going for an organic see how it goes type of day.
