Good morning.

One word: GAH!

What the..?

Today is a STRANGE weigh-in day.

I'm UP three full kilos from two days ago. Sure, I made some bad choices Monday, but not all that nuts.

The good news is that my body fat is way down on this, along with muscle/fluid being up. It's clearly not as it should be.

Actually, my body fat is the lowest in over a month, supposedly. I'm sure this doesn't happen from day to day, so I won't bank anything on it.


I'll simply keep going, keep doing right. Keep doing what I know I'm supposed to be doing.


Today, I'm going to work out at the new location again. Just to go hang with my boss, and enjoy something different. It's gonna be a good day.


I'm dead tired today. I haven't slept half the night. I'm sure this also affects my weigh-in. This time, it wasn't stress, I think. My stomach has been acting up, making strange sounds all night.

This probably is also the cause for the strange weight.


Anyways, short journal today. Too tired right now, and I gotta get ready to go work out. It's more than an hour traveling, so I need to get going fairly soon.


Today, I'm thankful for:
- Low fat percentage (even if weight is up)
- Morning Coffee
- Wife
- Working out!

Life is good!
199.1 lb Lost so far: 142.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey, even with the weight thing, you are sounding positive and quite "stressfree". Have a great day - the weight will take care of itself. Cheers.

Of course it will. It just HIGHLY annoys me to be back in the 90's. Then again, the upside is that the body fat WEIGHT is lower than usual, and that the added fluid in the muscles made my workout MEAN today. :)
