DON'T DO IT!!!! Sometimes we think, "I deserve to have a treat", but remember, you deserve to be skinny and healthy too!!!! I know it would be hard after staying the same for a month, but you can do it! Take you something to eat instead of cake. My birthday was Tuesday and I made myself a "raspberry cheesecake" (in my cookbook :-) ), and had some sugar free whipped topping on it. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't like having birthday cake :-), but it was nice to have something dessert like :-) I've heard the peanut butter cookies are goo too?

Lewlew- your food journal is full of items not 'Induction Foods'. Although they are not outrageous... you may just be one of those unfortunate folks (like me) that is super carb sensitive. I can't take in artificial sweetners. I can't eat sugar free products. And tortillas, and peanut butter, etc... never entered my way of eating until I was within 10 lbs of my goal weight. I don't want to see you give up! But I don't want to see you frustrated to death either. Perhaps a trip over to atkins.com for a fresh look at Induction again, and whether or not you can really make the switch to a clean induction period. It's almost like starting over. A fresh two - to four - week period of strict induction, changing up your daily activities/exercise, and water, all day, every day... and you should break this thing. If that's what you really want to do. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions or if I can help you somehow. Much Love.

I totally understand what it is like to see no weight change. I have lost only 2 pounds after about 6 weeks on this WOE. it is frustrating for sure. But the benefits other than weight loss are wonderful. I feel better and feel more in control. I understand the desire to have something special. I did that about 3 years ago and never made it back to induction. Gained about 50 pounds instead. It is really strange, when I am on this WOE, I feel better and really don't have much difficulty eating properly or close to properly. But as soon as I go off it by having a peice of cake or some pasta, I just can't seem to get back on the program. One day of indugence turns into two and that turns into a week and you know the rest. Be careful.

Walk away. I just went through the temptation of ice cream cake on Tuesday for my son's birthday. Even though I really wanted to eat just one bite, I thought about all that I've worked for and decided it wasn't worth it. I like waking up in the morning not feeling so bloated. I like my energy level. I like liking myself for doing something positive about my weight. You can get through this. Just make a mental list of the pros and cons when you look at that cake. You'll decide that you will feel so much better about yourself for not eating it. I know I did. Hope this helps.
