Finally, Im moving in the right direction. But I'm behind in my monthly goal of losing ten pounds. six more weeks of class and 20 pounds to go. Maybe old man winter will be gone by then so I can move outdoors for my exercise. Im thinking a bike for cardio exercise. I can do more for a longer periods with out too much pain in the knee.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
