Ha! Goes to show you what one thinks is eating healthy, does not equate to the scale the next day. We had a celebratory diner for my daughters rec swim team last night. I ordered a nice sized Mediterranean salad. It was recommended to add some pasta in it. It was good, but the scales says get back on program. It’s been a successful year so I’m not complaining.
