hmm - not losing those stubborn pounds; dieting but not exercising; well I'll get active outside next month - yikes! next month is tomorrow
125.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes! Can't believe February is already gone. Didn't we just have New Year's last week? LOL My how 2014 is flying by. You might try increasing water intake also. The ones that have been around the longest are the hardest to get gone but I was told that drinking more water helps and it did for me.

Thanks for the tip. Yes, I'm one of the "drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily" believers. I've been doing that, plus some, for the last ten years. Unfortuneately it's the only health "rule" that comes easily to me. But I do love my water.
