I can't believe I achieved my first goal - 10 kg😁 still long way to go and achieve my actual goal but slowly getting there 💪 next goal less than 100
222.7 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
