A tiny drop in weight. But I'm really pleased because this was a tough week, with my birthday and the margaritas, et cetera. So I'm patting myself on the back!

Just finished treadmill, 90 minutes, 5.45 miles.
153.7 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
