so....

1.8 pounds this week... not as much as i was expecting... but i guess any loss is good! :) i'm SO SO close to my third mini-goal. i was really hoping to make it this week, but i guess i'll just have to wait. it's my TOM so maybe that explains why i feel so big and didn't lose too much this week.
at any rate, i suppose i'll just have to kick it up a notch. can't wait to reach that halfway to goal point. maybe soon.


171.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 May 2009:

1.8 pounds LESS is 1.8 pounds LESS. Good for you and keep it up. You are close to your mini goal. :-)

TOM will get you. 1.8 is a healthy average as well. Keep up the good work and if you haven't already, take measurements. The weeks I do not lose and even have gained....the tape measurements were smaller still.
