133.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Melissa..funny!😄 I'm having a hard time later at night..I eat dinner, am full, and then bam! I can't stop eating..I've tried to up my protein to make me fuller but it didn't work last night. Oh well..today is a new day!
