Well, I finally see a few pounds drop off...still a long way to go, but it is much easier to maintain the momentum...I just tried on my jeans that are 38s...almost there
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOW! I'm impressed with your weight loss. Have you found that it's just a different way of life? Are you eating portion sizes instead of a lot of good stuff just too much of it? You're an inspiration! CONGRATS!!
