A nice chunk of weigh loss after yesterdays sudden gain. Almost down to my lowest again. I will enjoy this weekend, try to do good, and possibly go for a walk if the weather behaves. :)

Life is good.
266.8 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
