Weighed in today and after a week of sticking to my eating it paid off! 2 lbs loss since last week and I'm really happy about it. Didn't quite get the gym as much as I would have liked too, but maybe it actually helped. I have signed up for the lose 10 lbs in March challenge. If I can achieve that goal I'll be well on my way to hitting my goal weight of 165.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
