after prepping my computer for disaster last night, I crawled out of bed this morning, into jeans and a shirt, got here and... presentation rescheduled for an hour later. of course it is. argh. but I can get some coffee into me and maybe brush my teeth. had some strawberries and whipped cream last night for "dinner", that was it. blob was fed ribs and increased, the rest not so much. I may weigh again later, or not, we'll see. actually have a lot to do this morning. everyone wants a little piece of my time.

decent walk last night although I realized in the middle of the night that I have a monster blister on one ankle and I'm not sure how I didn't notice, but I didn't. nothing that bandaids can't overcome for walking. just annoying. also tore a piece of toenail at some point and that was noticed. that might have changed my stride enough to cause a blister, I guess. I'm going to have to find my widest sneaks to deal with that one for a few days. don't know what I did there either, just that it hurts. the other thing is that it was a sneaky heat on the dogs. it didn't feel hot with the breeze, but they got to the park and two of them had to take a break in the shade. I'm going to have to start carrying water again, even on the short ones.

edit: and I got dumped mid-presentation and it was a nightmare getting back on. FML. life goes on.

just noticed there is only one dog out of three out here with me. shepherds went back to bed. of course. because intruders only come in daylight.
