I'm back to tracking, which I haven't done in a few days because I've been so busy. I don't want to get far off track, no pun intended. 😄 Shrimp is on the menu tonight, so I must find a good recipe.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
