Early morning, another drop *cough* imminent if I wasn't already on the phone, but I'm not going to forgo coffee in the name of chasing numbers. I swam a lot yesterday. Got my set in and then spent a couple hours teaching my niece how to swim against the current and also how to swim better than the baby class moves she was learning. She's capable of it, so why not.

I'm going to hit enter now, work tsunami and I need to get cranking. Will edit swim numbers in later. Haven't had a chance to look at them, but it was a good, solid swim. I really want to get back to swimming every day. Hours in the day issue.

*Edit* Well, that's annoying, I did three sets and it tracked the first and the third, but missed the second one completely as far as strokes. Thankfully, I know what I did and counted myself.
Watch count: 9.8METs, 519 strokes, 146 average heart rate. My count: 851. 10 minutes in peak, 11 in warm up which leaves 9 minutes unaccounted for. Perhaps I left my body for that second set? It's all good, I did it, I enjoyed it and on we go.

Super good weekend. Saw good friends, got a lot of exercise and movement in there, I ran into another friend last night and there's a street party next weekend and we're totally going, so the neighborhood is definitely roaring back which I was a little worried about. Everyone was outside last night because it was warm, and it was great. A little crazy for navigating dogs, but that's the way it goes sometimes and it's good practice. Puppy class tonight, I intend to spin before I go.

This colorful van means there's another mural going up somewhere. They're cool people, you can kinda see one of their walls in the background. Should be good.

And away we go. It's Tuesday, must remember it's Tuesday and we do Tuesday stuff on Tuesday. What day it is again?


Edit #2. Muscle up, blob retreating from the caloric debauchery of the 4th. No regrets though. It was good. Just ate a lot less yesterday because I wasn't that hungry until later. Back to our normally scheduled programming for the rest of the week. Except that I'm eating fruit instead of salads because I don't feel like going to the store and I'm out. We'll see if I make it or cave and go buy some.
